[glow=red,2,300]"...Have you ever heard the sound of death?"[/glow]
The deep voice of Psyko Steve breaks the silence. The camera fades back to show Steve standing in front of the hospital's emergency room.
[glow=red,2,300]"It is heard every day, but no one recognizes it. I hear it... and when I do..."[/glow]
Psyko Steve lights a cigarette.
[glow=red,2,300]"It is because I ended that life."[/glow]
He takes a deep breath, letting all the smoke from the cigarette out in a puff of air.
[glow=red,2,300]"Life is such a fragile thing. It ends in the spittest second and only last for a lifetime."[/glow]
Steve throws the cigarette down to the ground. He then walks into the ER and goes to the desk clerk.
[glow=red,2,300]"I believe that you are about to receive a dying patient. If I am not mistaken, from a car accident."[/glow]
The nurse looks a little puzzled.
[glow=red,2,300]"Severe bleeding, several contusions, and severe head trauma?"[/glow]
Nurse: "Ah! They should be arriving at any moment."
Steve just nods to the nurse. Within that very moment, the sliding doors open. In rushes the paramedics with the critically damaged patient. Steve just watches as they pass by, shaking his head as he knows they will never survive.
[glow=red,2,300]"As I explained; life can end in the blink of an eye."[/glow]
As Steve finishes that sentence, the camera flashes black, then back to the picture. Just as that happens, the lifeline that is hooked to the patient's chest goes flat. A long strenuous beep fills the vacancy of sound.
[glow=red,2,300]"Another one bites the dust! A life has ended. My career has just begun. Next!"[/glow]
Steve begins his walk back down the hall of the hospital as the scene fades to commercial break.
